Meet Martina Magnusson

Hello, I’m Martina Magnusson, and I’m passionate about storytelling through photography. My journey started in the small village of Hökön in southern Sweden, where I grew up surrounded by nature’s beauty. Those long summer nights, short winter days, and scenic landscapes inspired me to see the world through a creative lens.

Now, I reside in Downers Grove, Illinois, where I’ve built my career as a professional photographer with a focus on Real Estate and Portrait photography. I believe every photograph should tell a story, whether it’s the story of a home or the story of a person.

Being a Real Estate photographer is a deeply personal experience for me. Each home has a unique story to tell, and my goal is to capture that story through my photography. I respect the space I work in, knowing that every home—whether new or old—holds memories and character. By highlighting its architectural beauty and unique design, I help agents showcase properties with images that truly stand out. Attention to detail is at the core of everything I do

Portrait Photography

In Chicago’s Western suburbs, I’ve had the pleasure of photographing a diverse range of people. For me, portrait photography is all about connection. I strive to make my clients feel at ease in front of the camera so that their true selves shine through. Whether it's a professional headshot or a personal portrait, I aim to capture images that authentically represent who you are.
